Our Charcuterie tables are considered large scale events with an elite and customizable (seasonal, brunch, desserts etc.) set up. All table events include the standard charcuterie experience with artisan cheeses, breads, spreads, cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, crackers, olives, artichokes, condiments such as honey or preserves.

A style of pasta that is made by mixing freshly cooked spaghetti, linguini, or any other type of pasta in a hollowed cheese wheel, most commonly Parmigiano Reggiano. A layer of cheese is scraped inside the wheel so it melts when the hot pasta is mixed in by hand.
